Prospering municipalities in suburban areas with busy business parks are faced with the task of reinventing their businesses as an attractive workplace for the digital age. In the process, individual mobility patterns are changing simultaneously with demands for travel to and from work, a significant potential for a sustainable mobility system. Specifically, this includes not only commute flows and in-house mobility concepts, but goes far beyond that to develop and spatially rethink the future of mobility closely with the ideas of future work. This task requires many actors to coordinate their work: Companies, municipalities, politicians, transport operators, science and practice. It is time to actively shape the future of mobility together - rethinking mobility and #work!
